On August 8, John Hart of Aurora, IL allegedly tried to board a flight to Birmingham with a Lorcin Arms .380 caliber pistol and six live rounds in his carry-on bag. Hart told investigators he “forgot” about the pistol. This week, Kevin Champion of Georgia allegedly tried to board a plane with a loaded 9 mm Desert Eagle pistol. He was arrested for a misdemeanor and released on his own recognizance. What?
